4:00 – 4:30 pm — McMichael Room. All members are invited and welcome to attend the Board of Directors meeting. 4:45 – 5:30 pm — McMichael Room. Immediately following the Board meeting, the Business meeting will begin. Again, all members are encouraged to attend. Business to be covered will include: Nominating Committee Report Appointment of Teller Committee Casting of Ballots Report of the Treasurer Auditor's Report Disposition of Last Year's Annual Meeting Minutes Presentation of any Special Awards Chairman's Remarks Election Results President's Remarks Unfinished Business/Resolution Adjournment 5:30 – 6:30 pm — Open bar and hors d'oeuvres. Lincoln Memorial and Lincoln Library Lounge. 6:30 pm — Featured Speaker followed by Dinner. Lincoln Hall. 7:30 – 9:30 pm — Dessert & Coffee Bar | |
